Fashioned at Eradio Pichardo’s TacaNicsa factory, Crowned Heads’ Blood Medicine blend is a limited-edition release that pays tribute to the cigar brand’s home city of Nashville — more specifically, a historic building in Nashville that has been a hotel and restaurant, but was originally a pharmacy. The words “Blood Medicine” are painted on one of the building’s walls, and the blend derives its name from that evocative phrase. As a blend, the Blood Medicine cigar consists of an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, an Ecuadorian binder, and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos. It boasts a rich, satisfying flavor profile that’s sure to appeal to novices and connoisseurs alike.

Crowned Heads Blood Medicine LE2025 Robusto 5″*52
$10.84 – $216.12
Crowned Heads’ Blood Medicine has been a slow burner. The brand was soft launched back in 2015 with only six thousand cigars being produced. The tobaccos were limited, so doing anything more proved to be difficult, but Crowned Heads brought them back in 2022 as an event-only blend. Demand grew even more, and the brand did a full-scale launch at a limited item in 2024. The result was the same. For 2025, Crowned Heads upped the ante even more…
For the first time ever, Blood Medicine is available in three different sizes and production has been scaled up to over 40k cigars. The blend consists of an all-Nicaraguan core that is nestled beneath an Ecuadorian Connecticut binder. The cigar is then finished with an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. Expect a medium to full-bodied profile with notes of cedar, earth, almonds, and hints of pepper and cream on the finish.
