The cigar represented a major milestone and highlighted the immense talents of expatriate Cuban cigar-maker José ‘Pepin’ Garica, who left his native country and started over with his family in the States in the early 2000s. Flor de las Antillas cigars are blended entirely from premium Nicaraguan tobaccos grown on select Garcia family estates, and the 10th Anniversary is curated from an especially rare recipe. A darker and stronger Nicaraguan wrapper is harvested from a higher priming, while the interior tobaccos have been modified in a 6.5-by-52 Toro.
