Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means customer have 15 days after receiving order to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at order@kingscigarclub.com, the acceptance may take up to 3 business days.

If return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

-Please send return request or question to order@kingscigarclub.com.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

-Cigars must with original cellophane wrapper intact, cut or smoked cigars will not be accepted as returned product.

-All opened pipe tobaccos are not accepted return.

-All free items must return with original order together.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will pay shipping cost for damage or incorrect items.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
