The CroMagnon Aquitaine Mandible Mastodon is a limited edition box-pressed version of the 4 1/2 x 60 Mandible vitola, and adds a small strip of Ecuadorian Connecticut tobacco to the normal Ecuadorian habano ligero wrapper. It is limited to 500 box total production for this year’s release. The Aquitaine linecontains the same long-filler, full-bodied blend found in the US Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapped CroMagnon, including its unique Cameroon binder, but the Aquitaine diverges from the original CroMagnon with its beautiful Ecuadorian Habano Ligero wrapper selected from the best tobacco the guys at RoMa Craft Tobac could find.

This eighth and ninth priming ligero leaf is thick, oily and has the most amazing texture. The filler tobaccos are made up from three separate growing regions in Nicaragua: Esteli, Condega and a small farm north of Esteli on the Honduran border. The use of these diverse tobaccos delivers the precise deep and rich tobacco flavors that RoMa Craft wanted to present in this exquisite blend.
