Warped’s new Sarto line draws inspiration from the brand’s office dog. “Dogs are a very big part of my family,” says Kyle Gellis, the owner of Warped Cigars. “I wanted to pay homage to Sarto who had a very special place not only in my family’s heart but also the entire team at Warped in the office. Sarto suffered from idiopathic epilepsy which meant he needed an extreme amount of daily oversight, so he would come to the office with me every day. He was loved by the entire team at Warped HQ who got to see and spend time with him daily throughout his life.” And because Sarto was big and burly, Gellis decided to make this blend the strongest he’s ever made.
Produced in three different sizes, Sarto is the first Warped cigar produced at the NACSA factory in Nicaragua. The core of the blend is all Nicaraguan and finished with a dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. Expect a hearty, spicy core with notes of cedar and dark chocolate on the finish. This is one potent premium you’ll want to light up after a nice meal.
